Results from the study shows that 83.6% of the entire NHL workforce is white

Only 3.74% of the workforce is black

This is because the game in itself is geographically based in a place where the natives are predominantly white

Male accounted for around 60% and female accounted for 36.8% of the workforce

But still the result shows that the game in itself has a lot to do to increase diversity at all levels
